Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking with Shandaar Car Rental.

1. Rental Eligibility

• Minimum age for rental is 21 years (25 for certain premium vehicles).
• Valid UAE driving license for residents or international driving permit for tourists is mandatory.
• Passport and visa copies may be required for verification.

2. Vehicle Usage

• The rented vehicle must not be used for racing, off-roading, towing, or unlawful activities.
• Only the registered driver(s) may operate the vehicle.
• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment & Deposits

• Full rental payment must be made in advance via card, cash, or bank transfer.
• A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Deposits will be refunded within 21 working days after vehicle return, subject to inspection.

4. Insurance & Damage

• Basic insurance is included. Full coverage available at an extra cost.
• In case of an accident, a police report is mandatory for any claims.
• The customer is liable for damage due to negligence or violation of rental terms.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the booking will receive a full refund.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a partial or full charge.

6. Delivery & Pickup

• Vehicle delivery and pickup services are available across Dubai.
• Extra charges may apply for deliveries outside the city limits.
