Refund Policy

At Shandaar Car Rental, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory rental experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
1. Booking Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a **100% refund**.
- Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before rental may receive a **50% refund**.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental are **non-refundable**.
2. No Show Policy
If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled time without prior notice, no refund will be issued. This includes cases where the necessary documents are not provided at pickup.
3. Early Return
Returning the vehicle before the end of the rental period does not qualify for a refund of unused days unless previously agreed in writing.
4. Vehicle Unavailability
In rare cases where the booked vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer:
- An equivalent or upgraded vehicle at no extra cost, or
- A full refund if no suitable replacement is available.
5. Deposit Refunds
Security deposits are refundable within **21 working days** after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition. Deductions may apply for fines, damages, or violations.
6. Payment Disputes
For any billing discrepancies or refund disputes, please contact our support team with your booking reference and payment details.
